Coriander honey is a unique variety of honey offering a subtly spicy and floral flavour, derived from the nectar of coriander flowers. This wonderful creation of nature combines the characteristic sweetness of honey with the delicate and complex aromas of coriander, offering an unforgettable taste experience.
Taste characteristics:
Unique and special. Its aromatic notes reveal a predominantly sweet flavour enriched by the presence of a lingering, slightly spicy aftertaste. This honey creates an unusual balance between sweet and savoury.
Its slightly spicy taste makes it truly special. As for its smell on the other hand, it is possible to smell sweet aromas almost comparable to coconut with some very fresh balsamic notes.
Colouring:
On average, it crystallises quickly but never completely, and its colour tends towards pale orange.
