Exchange and refund policy
Processing times:
After placing an order, we undertake to prepare the shipment within a maximum of 30 days. This time may vary depending on the circumstances, but we strive to process orders quickly.
Delivery Methods:
We offer several delivery options to meet our customers’ needs. The available delivery options are:
Standard Delivery: Our basic option, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 working days.
Express delivery: For customers in a hurry, with delivery in 1 to 2 business days.
In-store pick up: If you prefer to pick up your order in person, please visit our store during opening hours.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping is calculated at time of order. Our rates based on the weight of the coli are as follows:
- Standard delivery: 4.50 € ( up to 1 KG)
- Express delivery: 7 € ( up to 1 KG)
We also offer free shipping for orders over 49€.
Order Tracking:
Each order comes with a tracking number. You can track the status of your package directly online on our website.

Unfortunately, some problems may occur outside of our control, such as postal delays or adverse weather conditions. We are committed to keeping you informed in the event of an exceptional situation.
